Poor communication, outdated site, scamming for more money, watch out for this place.
I placed an online order directly with through the companies website, on a normal business day of Monday. Upon ordering I also created an account on their site so I could track the status of my order and see when I should expect my order to be delivered. As of Thursday of the same week, the status of my order had not changed, this was 3 days later so I decided to call. They appeared to have trouble finding my order even when given the order number. Once found, I was informed they were having trouble fulfilling my order because the item appeared to have been discontinued. Their website did nothing to notify me of this, either before or after placing my order. I was asked if their was any other similar item of equal or even greater price as they would do their best to accommodate me. I suggested an item which retails for $30 more than I had already paid. They emailed me later with a long email explaining to me that they got me more than $50 off of my order for my suggested replacement item and they would send me the discounted invoice if I was ok with this. Of course I said, YES! The next day I was sent an invoice to pay $60 more dollars on top of what I already paid, WHAT??? How is that even possible? It retails nearly everywhere for $30 more than I already paid, huh? Needless to say, I called right away and said to cancel and refund my money immediately, this was over 5 days after my initial purchase. As I type this, some 7 days later, I still have not been refunded. So the company has kept my money now for some 7 days with no product and no refund. And in the middle of this I was even tried to be ripped off to pay even more money for an item I was never even told was not in stock or discontinued. This company is sham in my eyes and practices bad business. I will not do business with them again and will be filing complaints with my both my credit card company and the CDTFA, among other relative offices and websites, as my profession is a Web Developer and Webmaster.
