PLEASE everyone ....This company is contracted with Wholesale Travel Connection as a fulfillment company to book reservations. When reviewing the website for places to reserve for vacation, I found several that did not even exist, this of course was found after I did all the research. When Vacation Plus was confronted on this, they acted like they did not know anything about it.
PLEASE PLEASE...DO NOT get your self caught up with this company or Wholesale Travel Connection. The President, Ms. Banks called me personally and promised to make things right or they would refund our money. I have left messages, I have sent certified letters, requesting my money be refunded. Ms. Banks, President of Vacation Plus Travel and the owners of Wholesale Travel Connection will NOT return calls or respond to emails since the promise was made.
WHERE is the INTEGRITY of the company and the person making the promise?
PLEASE PLEASE USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
