Horrible company

Horrible company. Management VP "Robin" never replies back. Provides quote then raises it double "due to company restructure during covid". They admit to loosing many customer on this pricing increase. Watch out for 60% pass-thru fees added. They cancelled the job without consulting us, but instead told the contractor. Sales is rude talking over you mid-sentences. Wasted several weeks of time dealing with GraphPlex when they don't even honor their own written quotes!
