Poor customer serice

I have been waiting a month to get my order. No follow up to tell me what they have available to ship. I call them to find out. We split the order so they can ship what they have in stock. The order ships. However, no tracking and they do not know where it is. Now I have to wait two more weeks for them to get more inventory to supply me. They would not have done this if I did not call back to see why I have not received the shipment after 9 days.
