WOULD give Negative star if i can...unfortunately theres no such options! After reviewing and looking up this company...i realized that this is their typical ways of practice business.... call people businesses non stop.. our shop has been getting call from this company non stop. they claim to send up something we ordered... allegedly from someone at the shop..?? no one can order anything but me myself and i. I never order no HOSE from them, i never give them any credit card nor permission nor anything...never even heard of this company until they bombard us with phone calls, harassment collection call, letters threaten to take us to court..over a hose set they sent according to the letter....worth $100? and keep calling an wanting us to settle it for $80 then $60 blah blah.... IF WE DID NOT Authorized this purchase, why are we paying for it? if all it takes is a NAME ADDRESS COMPANY NAME to call a verification process i can call up and just give a whole bunch of other businesses information for you to go after! it make no sense. and i know ACE will respond as follow just like they did with all the other review i had read: Every order that is written and requested must pass a verification process, prior to being sent out. The verification department is in place to ensure accuracy with: • Buyers name • Company name • Address (both mailing and shipping) • Items and Price • Terms of Account (COD, N-30, N-60) We do not use profanity, harass, nor call again and again. We follow Consumer Protection guidelines when dealing with any customer over the phone. blah blah blah ... WELL we definitely did not authorized nor spoke with their salesman, n they are bombarding us phone calls n collection letter.....Man i wonder if their CEO know how deceptive they are....how can they be in business for 30 years with these kind of sales tactics? is their no regulation in CA ??? Well i will not deal with them, i will ignore their so call harassing collection calls and letters as our COMPANY NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY TYPE OF PURCHASED. they call us looking for a guy that we don't even know who they are looking for....no such employees....anyway...Bad way of doing business!!!

BDA, Sorry you feel as though we respond to these complaints with a "blanket response". This is not the case. I am unfamiliar with your situation, but as with each of these responses I attempt to contact to find out what the "true" scenario is. You, as well, have failed to respond. From your post you sound like the Owner/Operator of a business. My understanding is that an employee of yours "without your permission" ordered material, had it sent to your shop, and you have refused to return or take any responsibility for the action of your employee. We require each and every person that purchases material from Ace Industrial Supply to identify themselves as a "Buyer", to provide credit references for the company they are buying for. If an unauthorized shipment of material was sent to Ace Industrial Supply and ordered by an employee of ours, We would refuse it, require that employee to send the material back or send it back ourselves. If your employee has committed fraud against you and us, purchased material that was unauthorized and refused to return that material, why would your shop keep it?? We work hard to resolve issues like this. Sadly, BDA, fraud does occur. Most businesses work with us to resolve these issues. We attempt to get the material back and if that cannot be obtained, then we work on price adjusting the invoice to accommodate the business owner (i.e. the $80-$60 scenarios that is mentioned). Ace Industrial Supply has been in business for 22 years, providing tools and equipment to people and businesses all over the country. We are sorry that you feel we have done wrong by sending your "unauthorized employee" hoses. That we have tried to contact you to resolve the debt and retain our merchandise. When business owners are not willing to take responsibility for their employees’ actions, it leaves little for a positive result.
