Horrible service

Placed order for part on customer's car. Was told it would ship the following day. Waited patiently for 8 days and still no part. Money was taken immediately. Called several times and left several messages. Phone was never answered and calls not returned. Outgoing message states they are on vacation until next week. Customer's car is still apart in my shop and now having to file fraud complaint with credit card company in addition to relocating part and starting all over. This company fails on every level of customer service and CANNOT be trusted.
