Worse company employees - dishonest, untrustworthy and downright liars
We put in a air conditioning unit over $10,000. The City Expection showed they needed to put an emergency turn off switch. Something you'd think they would know off the top. They also put in the piping so we were unable to change out our UV light. Which is another health hazard for us. The emergency switch was put in, but 10 inches above the area which floods. So, guess what. It flooded, ruining our floors, floorboards, and into our carpet area. After the flooding they sent a tech out, who did nothing more than flush the line and told us everything in the unit looked fine. That same tech Luis, after the flush, that if we paid him $800 our unit (after he took it apart outside) nothing to do with the inside unit) we would notice a lot better working air conditioner. Our air conditioner was working fine. We told him, "NO" and to put things back the way they were. To that he said, he could probably give us a discount to $300.00. Again this is to a problem that didn't exist. After 3 more technicians came out, one was finally honest enough to tell us the unit was not installed correctly, and finally someone came out and redid the piping so the UV light would work and could be changed out. They also had to put an additional emergency switch in and add piping so there would be no more floods. None of this was our fault. They told us to get an estimate of the flooring to be replaced, and after 3 estimates they told us the owners said, it was our fault and to call our insurance company. This company is more scam, and should be ashamed of their techs. Rather they never once apologized for the lying, and have treated us with complete disrespect. In this day and age of social media and attorney's I find it hard to believe that they think they can get away with such treatment of their customers. Cole's has not heard the last from us... We strongly warn you NOT to use this company, even for the slightest and simplest job.
