I did quite a bit of research before deciding on Donaldson Williams, Inc. What I discovered: there are many companies and law firms to help you settle your debt but most want a fee up front, plus hourly service fees ON TOP of a % for settling your accounts.
Donaldson Williams was the only company I found who --> doesn't take a fee unless the account is settled and their fee is based on what they 'saved' you so the incentive is there to settle the account in your favor. <-- The process was very easy to understand
and we didn't receive collection calls or letters. They handled each settlement in a professional and speedy manner. They were easy to reach by phone or email. We have successfully settled 5 accounts within a 6 month time frame. If you still aren't sure, heed
this advice: don't pay up front or hourly fees, it will only add to your debt and take much longer to complete the process. Donaldson Williams handles this process the correct way, I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!
