In September of 2007 I funded my first loan with my friends at First Nation Financial. Throughout the entire process I received courteous and helpful advice from my personal financial consultant, Steve Diamond. The main thing that attracted me to First Nation was the fact that they built a financial plan for me. We sat down and went over all of my goals and designed a plan to help me retire in 12 years and pay down the maximum amount of principal on my house. We also made plans to purchase an investment property which they are teaching me how to manage and allow me to continually invest in my retirement fund which they also established for me.
My suggestion is that, if you are planning on doing any loan related work, to call the guys at First Nation. They will build a plan especially for you and really give you the oppurtunity to retire AND retire earlier than expected.
