Horrible experience. Total scam

I ordered flowers for delivery on my grandmother's birthday. They called me the day of her birthday, telling me they could not fulfill the order until the day after her birthday and then informed me I needed to pay $20 more on top of that. When I expressed my disappointment and disgust for the last minute changes, they actually hung up on me....and charged my cc too. Very disappointed, as this was BELOW the lowest customer service I've ever experienced. Do not use this company. They were absolutely the worst.
