I have used gotprint for over 4 years and have been overly satisfied with every product received. If you are a first time customer or new customer, request a sample kit. It will make selecting the right products and the correct paper weights/finishes easier when you can see & feel what your finished product will look like. Also, unlike other printing websites, this is for professionally designed materials. If you send them a jpg made in Paint or a pdf from Word, your quality will suffer-- but that's your fault for providing a low-resolution graphic. Gotprint is very clear in their file requirements and offering templates for every product available (super helpful!!). Additionally, for those complaining about orders taking too long, make sure you check the turnaround time for your order. I've learned that some items take longer to produce, so I make sure I order with time to spare. Sure, my local printer could turn something around in a day or two, but I'm also going to pay double or triple, with lesser quality. I've had extremely helpful customer service reps (both phone and chat) who have quickly resolved any issues I've had. Once, I received the wrong set of brochures and the issue was quickly resolved and I received my correct order within a day or two. The only thing that would make gotprint better is if they offered direct billing or net 30 terms. I work for a large corporation, but need to pay for my orders with my personal credit card and then be reimbursed. It limits how much I order because I don't always want to front the money. If it were possible to be invoiced for orders I would order a lot more. (Though I also understand how many people they would probably be chasing to have bills get paid!)
