Incompetent - Terrible

HireRight is completely incompetent. Outsourced talent is incapable of performing the simplest of tasks like verification of education. Language barriers and lack of internal communications and poor documentation result in repeated contacting of employers. Candidates are forced to appeal despite supporting documentation delivered. Staff cannot read effectively or interpret correctly. Long time-frames to resolve appeals jeopardizes candidate standing with employers. They phone previous employers during off-business hours and then assert that employer(s) were unresponsive. Candidate inquiries to Customer Service go unanswered. I have had two negative experiences with HireRight and would advise employers considering HireRight to perform background checks to steer clear.
