Hello, my apologies for your experience. We do have dedicated email support staff, and online chat available from 8AM-12PM PST. In rare cases when a customer does get a response to an email, we usually find that the our replies have gone to the customers junk mail folder. Please check your junk mail folder. Also, mark our domain as a safe sender for future emails. Last, we are always available for live chat on our website.
