Great company, excellent service; direct and no fuss. Found LPD through a local housing agency because we didn’t qualify for anything locally and our lender Cenlar kept giving us the run around on documents. Truth be told we had a previous assistance the lender at the start of the pandemic and but fell behind again 7 months ago so they didn’t want to help us again. LPD stepped in and got us current on all back payments and dropped our paying about $127 bucks. We were happy to get any savings! Highly recommend LPD and their rep Zeke! Nice guy, direct and no fluff. The way business should be.
