I actually have a favorite mortgage company! In this day and age who would think that? I did not know Nationwide from any other provider when I went to go get a refi. I was a little nervous dealing with a company that was not face-to-face but after this I will always deal with them.
Brent Allard was a huge factor in this rating. Besides Brent everyone we dealt with, including Nationwide partners, was incredibly professional and friendly. My wife and I actually said this was a fun process.
I have already told two of my direct reports at work about these guys. They rock!
