I went to riverside forklift a yr ago I was calling different companies but this one stood out a little more to me. The person that assisted me was a bit more courteous than the other companies I had called. So I went in and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful. He explained to me the options I had when choosing the types of forklifts I was interested in getting trained for. He explained that the more forklifts I can operate there would be a possibility I will get paid more at the job site. I only got the sit down forklift, but was told that I can go back and get the rest later on. I watched a safety video and took a test as I watched it. I went outside to train. The trainers thought me alot about the forklifts and I was able to go back and train until I was comfortable driving the forklift. They gave me my license that same day and the list of jobs. I called one of the jobs and was set up for an interview the next week I got the job along with three other people. I plan on going back to get certified for more forklifts.
