I recently booked a reservation through Shuttle2LAX.com because I saw their commercial on TV. It was easy to do online. When the shuttle arrived at my house, I was really confused because it was a van from another company and the driver had a shirt with another company's name on it and everything. I thought there was something going on. So I called Shuttle2LAX and they explained that they don't have their vans, but contract out to other companies. I didn't think that was really clear because all over their commercial there are they Shuttle2LAX vans driving around. I think they could be clearer that it is not going to be an actual Shuttle2LAX van that picks you up. But aside from that, the reservation process was easy, the price was right, the service I did get was good, and I am planning to use it again, so I am still giving them 4 stars, but I do think other people should know that they are going to end up with some other shuttle company.
