Wrong accessory, minor damage not addressed, once you buy you're on your own.

Gave them a month to respond. I understand Covid makes things hard, but I imagine business is good for this company. Brian was very quick to call and answer BEFORE I bought the bike... My bike arrived with minor damage, but it's supposed to be brand new. No resolution, no response for weeks. I had to follow up multiple times about the weight holder I added to my bike. Finally they send it and it's the wrong one. Now it's been over a month of zero communication or response regarding the weight holder. I want my money back for the holder. Other companies will price match- maybe they have terrible customer service too, but I'd recommend giving them a try.
