Trust One Mortgage Banker Jim Murtha was wonderful to work with. Jim was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He successfully closed our FHA streamline refinance loan within the time he said, and he was there every step of the way informing us and answering our questions. I was hesitant to go through with the process being that I called him from just receiving a letter in the mail. However, everything turned out so wonderful for my husband and I. We are now saving almost $300 a month on our mortgage. And the paperwork process was not bad at all because everything was done via email. There was a point when a notary came to the house for us to sign some documents, but that was all paid for and scheduled around our time. We did not have to come out of pocket and pay for any fees, and we even recovered some money in the end from our impound account. Thanks to Jim we now are keeping more of our hard earned money in our pocket each month. Thanks Jim
