I saw their ad for $13.95 per foot shutters and called the company. By the time Greg added in the installation fee it was $19 per foot and then tax. He said they were the ones who built it, but they didn't have a plant, either. It was either coming from
China, from another company or from Mars as far as I could tell. Trying to get a straight answer or a final price was really frustrating!
