I was tempted to do business with CWDSI until I started researching the company. I also attempted to call and speak with the "representative" that was helping me. I called and asked for the extension rather than the name of the person. You'll think an extension is an extension right? Well, what was pretty strange was that they wanted to know the name of the rep or my name. So I said I don't remember the name of the rep but just have an ext can I have this ext? Then the gentleman said well the phone systems are down, so then I said well I'll call back later, he said well if you're not going to give your name you're not going to get any help. Why did I need to give him my name? Why couldn't I just be transferred to the ext I was given by their rep? This seems STRANGE to me. So now I don't trust them. I also see they have 6 complaints on the BBB. BE AWARE!!!! Also for Larry A. just so you know word of mouth is really how businesses either succeed or fail. So the other reviewer have every right to listen to other people horror stories. Didn't you learn that in high school?

Word of Mouth" when true can be favorable or unfavorable to a company. But, when published in the form of a complaint to the BBB, the "word of mouth" better be true word and a substantiated word. Otherwise it is just hearsay. The second review you feel the consumer had a right to express was simply not true. And for you to state that the "word" is true, not even to be a party to the exchange is even more egregious. The fact is... if you bothered to read the Company's response you would learn that the party involved is a disgruntled ex-employee with a grudge to bear. As for you... It seems to me that you are making a "mountain out of a mole hill". When you call as a debtor and/or existing client, it is only fair for the company to know who they are dealing with. If you refused to give your name, which is the only way they could direct your call to the correct person, then they have a right to tell you that "they can not assist you without your name". There are several departments and many extensions, so you should either know the rep's name or give them yours.
