Do not waste your money. There are far better Companies based on my experiences.
For three months, during the summer, I have had an air conditioning problem, in Arizona. I have received promise after promise. They are going to call me within two hours, the next day or within two business days. They don't call back. They just hope you
will go away. Their own second opinion representative told me I was robbed by their air conditioning contractor. I was also told by two different air conditioning companies that the air conditioner put in was a piece of junk. It has already been repaired twice
and I still don't have the cooling or anywhere near it, that the failed air conditioner, which was 28 years old, provided. For your own sanity, choose a different company. I also have American Home Shield on another property and they have worked fine. There
are others. Just choose anyone but First American. There is so much more of this terrible situation I could tell you, but it would take a book. You can reach no one in authority, who will listen and review and tell you how they are going to fix First American's
internal problems. You can't reach a real boss.
