I placed an order for the first time 5 days ago. I called Customer Service to ask if my order has been shipped? The girl I spoke with (Felicia) was very rude. 1 simple question I had and didn't get a chance to ask because she was too busy talking over me and interrupting me. I asked to speak with someone else and she refused to assist me with that as well. I am filing a complaint with the owner about this, first and last time I order from this company. If the Customer Service is bad, makes me question myself if the business is just as bad as well? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
