7 Palms Landscape is as crooked as a landcape company can get. It is using / borrowing an older existing license number as it's own. Mario Armas represents himself as the owne of 7 Palms Landscape;

7 Palms Landscape is registered with the BBB as having no employees so as to not have to pay worker's compensation insurance, where in fact, it has several employees. Some may even be illegal.
Mario uses unethical means in attemps to obtain new bussiness, promising uncharged services in return for favorable acceptance of a contract. If the contract is not awarded, he then submits a falsified bill for services yet to be rendered.
