This business took my boots to be resoled and $85.00 upfront.
when I returned on Tuesday to pick up my boots the repair man said he had gotten the wrong soles and to come back next Tuesday. I told him I was going on vacation and needed the boots by Friday June 29th. He said no problem.
I gave him my phone number to call me.
I went back on the Tuesday and the shop was closed with a note saying to come back tomorrow.
I went back every day and the shop remains closed
I see where many people have left notes and put them in the mail slot
I tried to call the number on my receipt and no one answers
I now have to buy a new pair of boots and I am out my $85.00
abc shoe repair is not a member of the bbb so I will file a claim in small claims court when I return from vacation
I used to use this shoe repair shop for many years when Boris ran the shop
this is the first time I have used this shop since the new person has taken over
I hope everyone gets there merchandise back
