David M. Before you even start about following the FCC consumer compliance rules, let me tell you this your company does not. I have told your telemarketers several times to take my number off your list and they still call. Don't believe me, every call that comes into my business is recorded and then stored by me in a company profile like ACE Industrial. I have told your telemarketers that the phone call is being recorded and told him/her to put me on the do not call list. I have also called the main office and requested to be removed from the call list.
Guess what today 01/24/12 I get another call from your company trying to sell me air tools, I told her that I have repeatedly told ACE Industrial not to call me and that I don't buy any products over the phone PERIOD!
I told her to take me off the list and not to call back here ever again and hung up the phone. Did she listen no, she called back right away and said I am just trying to help you save money on air tools why don't you take a Prozac and chill out, well you can guess what happened next I went off the deep end calling her every name in the book because she deserved it.
You know I think the next logical thing to do is file a harassment lawsuit against your company for not following FCC guidelines and by the way I am filing ANOTHER complaint against you with the FCC today. I am also going to send them a copy of the recordings especially the ones from this morning showing that you have no respect for the rules!
DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU

Ace Industrial Supply has adopted and adheres to the policies described below to comply with the Federal regulations, and if applicable, state Do Not Call laws.
Ace Industrial Supply checks or scrubs telephone numbers on our calling lists against Do-Not-Call lists that we obtain, or we document why a person may be contacted without checking or scrubbing against any Do-Not-Call lists.
As required, we scrub against the Do-Not-Call list every 31 days. We also remove from our calling lists the telephone numbers of those individuals who directly request to be removed. While typically removal pursuant to a request is immediate, for full implementation please allow up to 30 days for your name and contact information to be removed. A company specific Do-Not-Call list (“DNC list”) is created by such individual requests.
We retain company specific Do-Not-Call requests for a minimum of 10 years or as required by Federal law. If you move or change your telephone number, please resubmit your request with your new address and/or telephone number be added to our DNC list.
In order to protect a customer’s privacy, it is the policy of Ace industrial Supply not to divulge, share or forward a customer’s request not to be called to another party and/or entity without the customer’s prior express consent.
