I requested a quote from ACNT, I was asked to provide a credit card prior to receiving said quote. I never ordered any product nor received any product. 10 days later our credit card was charged over $3500 in 2 seperate charges on the same day, The $3500 was the total purchase price. Upon contacting ACNT I was told that a 20% deposit was required on all purchases. I explained to ACNT that I never purchased any product.
It has been over 50 days, 10 days shy of 2 months trying to resolve this and they still have over $3500 of our money and the owner will not return calls.
I tried to schedule to meet with the owner. Response in an email was that he is not in the office.
