I hired this company to move our apartment from San Jose to Cupertino.
When the movers were in our apartment loading the stuff into the truck, one of the movers stole my wife's engagement ring valued at $4000.00.
He denied doing it and we called the police to come and question him and other people at the company. The man who stole the ring denied it and everyone in the company backed him up and denied any responsibility for what happened.
I spoke with the manager who kept on saying that its our fault or we misplaced the ring. The fact is that we placed the ring exactly in a known spot and the mover took it. They all deny that he did it even though he was high while he was working and he showed us that he had marijuana in his pocket.
Everyone in the company denies any responsibility for what happened, not even a sorry, they just get defensive and blame us as if we've falsely accused them.
