If you are looking for a good firm to work out a Mortgage Loan Modification or help get your loan out of a Foreclosure, Abitz Law Group is the way to go. I began working with Abitz in the latter part of 2010 after 2 failed attempts to get my unaffordable mortgage loan lowered on my own. Of course there was a hefty fee involved which made me a little leery about going with them without a guarantee of a positive outcome. I did not have the full amount to pay them at onetime so they set me up with a payment plan. I feel that what I paid them to represent me was well worth the modification agreement that I received. Believe or not but in January of this year my monthly mortgage payment was lowered by about $1,200.00 and total loan by over $100,000.00. I am very pleased with my results and now living stress free.
