When I arrived home today, I received an additional bottle of ACAI Nutraburst pills in the mail. To my surprise, the charge was for $74.94 on my cc. I immediately phone the company and demanded that my account be charged back to my account. The rep told me that my trail was for 14 days and that my account would be charged for the above amount. I could not believe this. I ask the man, how do you set up an account and charge my bank account without my authorization. Thats fraud! This diffently is a scam and not right. When I make at purchase and don't like it, I return it and recieve a refund. If I purchase a meal and don't like it and want a replacement or refund, I get one. This rep was rude and would not credit my account. He continued to tell me that I could return the product but I would still be charged for shipping fees which would be $50.00. Something needs to be done about this. My bank is trying to reverse the charges.
