I ordered a product from accesshydroponic.com just last week. I was excited it arrived within five days, there was no noticeable damage to the package, however the contents were not functional. I sent an email and was replied to in less than 24hrs. Dennis had the issue resolved faster than doing business locally. Wonderful & helpful, I can not express how great these folks are. 10 Stars
