This company cares nothing about the customers that pay every month to play their game World of Warcraft. They refuse to give any updates on fixing any of the problems that make the game unplayable, sometimes for hours. They do not answer their customers for weeks sometimes and add new content that make the problems worse before even trying to fix them! I understand that some problems take awhile to fix, but wasting my money and time on a game that you can't play because of a problem that is months old is ridiculous. I waste at least a 2 or 3 hours worth of time waiting around trying to get into instances, which are major parts of this game. For how big this problem is, you'd think they would be faster in fixing it. There's a post on the WoW forums over 3200 replies long and we haven't heard anything from the company in a week.
As it is, I have canceled my subscription, as did many other people. I'm not even going to ask for any sort of money back or "free days" for my wasted time. There's no point as they won't do it, since they have said so.
