I went in and paid $225 to have a deck installed in my car and wire my amps up, after they finished I drove home and could here my acceleration through my speaker, i took it back the next day they said i needed noise filters, $90 and 15min later they were done and said it was fixed, I drove away and it hadn't fixed a thing, I turned right around and went back, He then said, I needed a new deck and it was going to be $400 and tried to sell me on one, I told him to take off the filters, I used the deck in a different car 2 days before and I wanted a refund because they didn't fix my problem, he tried telling me he had 13 years experience..... but couldn't even figure out the problem of my car, he then told me I owed him $50 for installing the noise filters.... that didn't do anything for my problem, after arguing for 15min. I told him again to take them off and he denied me a refund, so I told him i would cancel it off my credit card, he continued to argue how i would still owe him money for there time, come to find out they ran my power with my RCA's which was causing the noise, they were just to lazy to do it right from the beginning and to lazy fix it when i called them out on it, and were trying to get more money out of me, these guys do horrible work and will try to sell you stuff you don't need...like noise filters, stay away and stick to somewhere else, they grounded my ground wire by putting a screw threw the wire into my floor.......not professional, takes 2min to strip them and put a wire connector on them and secure them to frame....seriously spend a little more and go somewhere once and have it done right... Don't be fooled...or you'll be next
