I am sending this letter in regards to your employee Rick Wahby.I have been fortunate to experience true outstanding service from him, as he replaced my broken air conditioning unit.
I have never felt so completely trusting of a service provider.Rick explained everything that I needed to know and actually showed me how to better care for my air conditioner.Rick has truly been so helpful in assessing my air conditioning needs.He has exceeded my expectations by delivering timely service and attention to detail.
I was pleasantly surprised wwhen I arrived home one day to find that my air conditioner was already being installed one day earlier that I expected. My air conditioning works better than it did originally and can be felt throughout my entire condominium not just downstairs like before.
I will highly recommend Rick and Air Professionals to all my friends and family. Please take note of this excellent employee that you have working for you. Besides being competent and professional. Rick is an extremely nice man and it has been a pleasure doing business with him.They just don't come any better!!!!!
On a side note, I am a trainer who teaches Customer Service classes.I will use Rick and Air Professionals in my examples of excellent service that I presonally have received.I wish to especially thank Rick and your company for my wonderful experience.You are the best!!!
