I must say after reading all these reviews I was hesitant about ordering a computer for my dodge neon, however after rigorous research that only lead me to more expensive prices & no gaurentees, I chose to go with Auto Computer Exchange. They offered me a total cost of $224 including ground shipping & expedited my order within 8 days from ordering i received an ecm plug & play!! A very helpful young lady provided A1 customer service & was helpful in instructing me through where to get my part number & how the whole process was. She made me feel comfortable about my order & confident in that I could replace the unit myself! Indeed when all was said & done not only did i save $800 by avoiding the dealers cost on the same computer, I saved on additional mechanic fees as well! I am a single mother & i very much appreciate every penny i can save! I am very happy & greatful for such an efficient family-owned productive business. I recomend them to all my friends & family!!
