Their Company van tried to run me off the freeway yesterday! March 30, 2010 at approx 6:45a.m., their van tailgated me at the 22 fwy E going onto the 55 fwy N. He refused to change lanes even though traffic was light & I was driving 65-68 mph. The van was so close to my bumper I was terrified! Finally the driver went past me at the 22 & 55 interchange. I breathe a sigh of relief. Then I saw him in front of me slowing down, he immediately pulled in front of me then BRAKED! I had to swerve to avoid a full on collision. I was so frightenend at my almost accident. I immediately grabbed pen & paper & wrote the license plate # 8K97748 & phone number & advertising on the van. The van sped up to about 100 mph & disappeared very quickly ont he 55 N. I called the 800 # & spoke to Beverly to complain, a genetleman called me about 1/2 hr later & told me he would get to the bottom of this. He would call me or the owner would call me later that day. NO PHONE CALL! I called again at 5:15 pm. The answering service told me she would make sure someone would call me back asap. Still no call - more than 24 hours has passed! Unacceptable the potential liability exposure on a company that has lunatic drivers using their advertised vans assaulting other vehicles ont he road!
