Ok so after a huge back and forth between Bank Freedom and Blooms Today (a online flower delivery service which I would not recommend to ANYONE after this experience) Bank Freedom was GREAT! They told me I had to get a letter faxed to them from Blooms Today saying my order was canceled to get my money onto my card. Easy enough, right? WRONG! Blooms Today refused to send the letter. So after a few phone calls back and forth with the two companies Augi from Bank Freedom 3-wayed a call between himself, me, and Blooms Today to get the matter situated. And he did! Two seconds after hanging up my $81 was back on my card. It was some what of a hassle but he helped out alot.
