Review 8/22/2011

My business was called by Be First Marketing to try their service on July 20, 2011. We were told that there would not be any charge to try the service. They were asked directly if there would be a charge because most companies charge a set-up fee and we were not interested if they charged such a fee. They said no. Within hours of signing up, there was a $350 charge to our account. We promptly called them back to dispute this charge. They said that the person we spoke to was new and did not realize that there is no way around the setup fee. Therefore, we were not interested in their service at this time and would like a refund. An email was sent to them asking why the money had yet to be refunded as of August 7, 2011 with no answer back. Most recently, on August 19, 2011, we called them with no answer. I understand the mistake of the charge, however, I do not understand why it has been a month and I have yet to receive a refund or an explanation. If that is how there business works, then I am happy that we did not do business together.
