unacceptable
Worst renting experience we ever had. Liz does not answer the phone, text and email. Only if it comes to make the reservation or to get the money. Not if you have questions while or after renting one of the properties. The place we have rented should have
had renovation but the only thing that was renovated was the parking lot. this brings me to the main point, simply unacceptable: the allowance for parking on the property is 3 cars over night. we have been very strict to our guest and everybody parked far
away (a big downside of this property) we had two guests with newborns who parked in the driveway for 2 hours (4:30 to 6:30) that was a total of 5 cars for a short period of time. from 6:30 overnight there were 3 cars. Liz and the neighbors accused us that
many more than 3 cars where parked over night. which is a lie. supposedly there were photos made , but we never have seen them. now 2 months after the rental we get a letter that says that the 1000 $ deposit will not be reimbursed ?!? the 2 hours of 5 cars
did not cause any damage to the driveway. it is ridiculous. Anyway, our lawyer is on it already and we will get the money back. what a scam, STAY AWAY FROM BEACHNEST VACATION RENTALS !!!
