Good source for quality items at a great price

I have purchased many times from Botach over a period of about the last two years, including recently. They have always come through with the products ordered, and the products were of high quality and well-priced. I have read highly-critical comments about this company on several Web sites, but I have never experienced the issues stated. The company is small, apparently, and possibly things fall through the cracks from time to time there, but there does not appear to be a pattern or practice of deception. If there is an order issue, just contact them to straighten it out. They always have responded to me. Sometimes, there is a supplier issue, as with many companies, and I did have to wait a long time for one product to be restocked long ago. However, in that case, when the item was finally in stock, they gave me an ongoing discount on the item that did not exist at the time I placed the order. Some items sold are one-day-type clearance items, which sell out fast - so fast that you might place an order, but you are subsequently advised that the item ordered is sold out and you will not get it. This is clearly due to their computer system not being able to real-time track sales, as is sadly also the case with other companies I have dealt with. I don't like that, but real-time software is something they need to get. Their no sales tax and free shipping policy, as well as mostly great prices, beats almost everyone else. I avoid like the plague other companies that use shipping costs as supplemental income streams (you know who they are), i.e., the companies whose true shipping costs are way lower than the charged shipping costs.
