This company likes to pretend like they care about their customers. In truth, they care only about the dollar. If you can find a competitor who cares more, I say use the competitor. These guys are not as consumer friendly as it first appears.
over the course of 1 month I found myself on hold for nearly 20 hours. In conversations for 30 hours and in the end still had no resolution to my situation. After all that they told me to send the piece of equipment back so I can get a refund. They did not send me the pre-paid ups label as they promised so I am stuck with the piece of equipment unless I want to pay to send it back... Which is nearly the same price as the piece of equipment. They are worthless in customer support. Please find someone else to use, for your own sake. This process ended 8/18/2010, I hope to never have to use them again.
