As a small apartment dweller, I was lured by the promise of a vacuum that works like a Swiffer. Unfortunately, the construction was flimsy, it didn't "vacuum" up much and if you turn the item the wrong way the particles that it did suck up would fall right back out. The amount of the S&H was astronomical ($29.98) and when I called about returning the item they promised me that the return S&H would be free. If I had any problems at the post office, they said to "Have the post-office call us". At the post office, of course, the return label had nothing to do with covering S&H and I had to pay to return it. I called to complain, and the girl I spoke with said that because I was given false information previously that they would actually reimburse me the S&H. Of course, when the return was completed, they only reimbursed me for the product, so I had to call again today, to complain and they then refunded me the S&H. Overall, the product was weak (buy a Shark instead at your local Bed Bath & Beyond), the S&H astronomical and the customer service was just a series of false promises. I do not recommend this product.
