The engagement itself took longer than we had expected but I can not fault the results. The one thing I asked for at the start was a detailed scope of work and time table. We have had negative experiences in the past with other consulting companies. That was not the case working with CBS and Jared in particular. He was extremely transparent and worked with our team in a knowledgable and dedicated way. I felt like he actually had a vested interest in our success. By the end of the second month I knew we had made the right decision working with CBS. Jared still answers my calls and email when I have questions about some of the changes they had us implement. It is reassuring that I know I can call or email him when we run into issues.
