Be suspicious of this merchant

Credit card sentinel processes unauthorized charges to credit cards and the charges is impossible to stop. They have processed 5 charges of $45 each on 4 different cards under my name over the past 8 years, yet when I call to cancel or request a refund
the telephone is unanswered. The most recent charge came through last week and the unauthorized charges started in 2005. I sent registered mail to the mailing address listed online and it was returned to me unopened. They claim to be a credit card security
service, yet they do not have an active website and the contact information available is not current. They do not advise me or contact me in any way prior to processing the charges. Be very careful if you are considering signing up with this group - it is
at best very badly managed, or they have lost control of my personal information. At worst they might have some fradulent activity going on within their organization.
