I am seriously so fed up with this company I could scream! Their website is misleading and has guarantees that they do not uphold. I thought I would purchase a cubic zirconia ring for my engagement to save money for other things. First off, it arrived late, we paid extra for fast shipping- LATE. Ring arrives, and it looks okay. Not even a month later the stone pops out of the setting!!! I couldnt even wear it for 2-3 months because of problems with this company. When the ring was only a month old the stone should not have fallen out! So, we tried to have them uphold their warranty and guarantee and they were going to make us pay for the repair. We finally complained and argued so much that they agreed to fix it for free but we had to include a check for the return shipping. It took longer than 10-14 days to repair, which is what the website said. We got it back with no appology letter or anything. It looked okay but the prongs were not centered. We didnt want to bother with the company anymore, so it was okay for about a month or two and then the prong on one side of the stone completely busted off!!! Now here we are to today, I have tried contacting their customer service so many times and they are always rude. I was told that a Lisa was the manager and every time I call to talk to her, she is out of the office or at lunch.
I just want a refund and they will not give me one. I know it is over their 15 day full refund policy, but I am not going down without a fight. There are exceptions to every rule and I am fed up with this company and want my money back. I am normally not the type of person to complain and wouldnt be so angry but they are so rude and I am upset because I am getting married NEXT month! We wanted to save money for other things, but maybe we should have just paid the extra money for a quality ring! Overall, I wanted to write this review because this is simply the worse company I have ever dealt with throughout every single part of the transaction. I am very dissatisfied and I did contact the Better Business Bureau. I would never reccomend this company to anyone. I am so dissatisfied!! Hopefully, no one reading this thinks I am crazy, I am just a unhappy customer that needs a ring to get married with! I hope this helps anyone reading this to make a decision of whether or not to buy from this company.
