Angelti6 back and finally finally after 3 mos. of "my" harassment, they refunded my money for the full amount. I filed a formal complaint against CUBICJEWELRY.COM to the BBB and emailed customer service every single day asking for my refund. I suggest every person who is out of their refund and merchandise, file a complaint with the BBB. They work fast and keep up with the emails to the company. I work at a law firm and showed all of the information I gathered on this bull crap of a company to a top attorney who believes a case can be made against this company and either have them removed from business or change their wording, their customer service contact info. Still, DO NOT buy from this company, it's not worth the hassle.
