I purchased a Groupon to have my carpets cleaned and after leaving several voicemails, I sent him multiple text messages. Not only did I not hear from him, I could also see that he had read my text messages. I've been waiting to have my carpets cleaned and if I had known that I was going to be ignored, I would have gone with a different company. This person never even bothered to respond to me once. Talk about awful customer service! I did complain to Groupon and thankfully I got a full refund. I do not recommend this company at all. They are completely unprofessional!
