I purchased a $3200 paraiba and diamond ring from DSN which I made a picture of during their broadcast showing the ring. When I received the ring, the center stone had been removed and replaced with an interior stone with rutile needles and a window, nothing like the "museum" quality stone I thought I was purchasing. I returned the ring, making countless calls to customer service and Dewan and others about the ring. I finally threatened legal action and and told them I wanted my refund or the stone I purchased set into the ring and sent back. DSN issued me a full refund after three months elapsed. Seems that my auction bid was too low for them to ship the stone I had rightfully purchased so they substituted it in hopes I wouldn't notice. Pay attention folks ... they will rip you off in a heartbeat. Complain to the Federal Trade Commission if you don't get results!
