Never on Time

Twice now they have not delivered on delivery date. Then delivery is marked delivered and is not. No one calls to let us know anything. Called customer service and CS rep was nice but when he called the hub in JAX they could not tell him why it was marked delivered and now was on and "Appointment truck" says it will be delivered tomorrow, yet never made an appointment with us. They do not reach out to you. They do not keep delivery dates. I really have an issue with the lack of customer service. NO updates, NO calls. Nothing! You have to track them down. Let's see if they deliver tomorrow.
