Very low prices, and speedy delivery. They will call and email you back which is good. Ordered a sofa sectional and loved it. They had it for around $300 bucks less than the store in town.
Pros: Great customer service! They bend over backwards for your. I told them that I would shop around and they said to me "Well we hope you come back to us but if not, we hope you find what you're looking for." I was like wow, no "you better shop with us attitude, or else." Speedy delivery. None of that, wait for two weeks stuff.
Cons: They don't have a showroom yet. Didn't like that as I am not a "big" fan of shopping for furniture online. But I found another store that was selling the same item and did my "touchy, feely, sit on it" thing there. Then I bought from them online. I got the 8116 camel colored sectional with storage. The sofa looked just like the picture! I'm happy with it. Hopefully they will have one soon but the prices are really what I liked
Will definitely shop there again!
